Here at Retro Studs, we like to showcase not only the hunks of yesteryear (when men were men, ya know?), but those hunks that don't always get the attention of say, Al Parker or Rick Donovan. Sure, we've all heard of those gay icons. But once in a while, there's a guy or two who seemed to have slipped through the cracks, so to speak, and fall off the radar. Mickey Squires is one such dreamboat.
Rejected by Playgirl in the 70's for not being pretty enough, he was asked to model for COLT. And the rest is history. Mickey would go on to appear on 20 different magazine covers (Mandate, Honcho, etc.), and a handful of films. He's probably best remembered for his sizzling 1981 Honcho spread with his lover, Joe Paduca, floating on a raft. Mickey was actually one of the most sought after stars in the 80's, and is finally getting some of the recognition he deserves. Hey, Mickey!
One of the hottest.
ReplyDeleteHate to burst your bubble but had Mickey for an overnight. All I can say is What a Queen. Sorry guys.
