This particular magazine wasn't published by Larry Flint (says "Mark IV enterprises, inc." on the cover) he did however, acquire about four gay men's magazines back in the late 1980s, keeping them afloat. Though he didn't have any interest in Gay Content, he was strongly opposed to the efforts of people like Anita Bryant and fought hard for freedom of the Press.
